Help about cardiology in UK

I'm a young (non invasive) french cardiologist of 31 years currently working at Paris.
I want to come next year in UK (London or Birmingham) to work.
I haven't the leat idea of if it's possible and how to do.
If someone can help me

Other question, what is the most desired profile of cardiologist : non invasive (including cardiac MRI and cardiac TDM ) or invasive (only pacmaker and electro physiological studies).
