HELP!! DAT letter gone!

My DAT registration letter with the confirmation code et al has gone missing and i need to schedule a test date ASAP (yea its late so eat me 😎 ), anyone know how to go about getting it back again, aka, anyone got the magic 800 number for the the ADA so I could get my info from them again..., i have limited internet access and im in a little bit of a rut...any help is appreciated....

to schedule for the test, it's 1-800-688-5804. and it says that you just need your ss#
