Hi all, I'm in the process of deciding between 2 schools and could use some help or any input you may have.

School 1:
cost - ~105,000
- Starts in June and finishes 2021. This school is an accelerated 2 year hybrid program, which makes me a little nervous because of some of the negative comments I've seen about this school. But I do like the format of the labs and think I would be fine with online learning and then spending 2 weeks on campus per quarter. If I did this program, I would likely do a residency following graduation to gain more experience.

School 2:
cost - ~188,000
- Starts in September and finishes 2022. This program is 2.7 years and an on campus program. I really like the campus and the labs and equipment on campus are awesome. Obviously, my reservation for this school is the cost, which is pretty nuts.

I've read a lot about going with the cheaper option and $83,000 is a lottttttttt more money, but I do love the campus and resources. Both programs are accredited. Please let me know what you think?

Need to know cost of living information...

83,000 is a big difference especially with you saying you think you could be fine in the hybrid program. Are these schools both in areas you dont mind being but even then I always felt I could make 2 years work anywhere in order to get this degree. To me it sounds like you have a lean towards the cheaper because its cheaper and who wouldn’t, that’s a year of salary before interest if you pay in loans. What are your other goals while in school other than earning your DPT degree? That’s where the resources and campus could play a factor but if your goal is to get the degree than go cheap.
