I have completed the pre-reqs for med school. I am going to take classes this summer and upcoming fall and then begin preparing for the mcat Jan 2016.

I have the option of taking these classes in the summer:
A&P 1 and A&P 2--- this class is a 100 level class that is meant for nursing but is my last chance of having any sort of A&P class before medical school

I can also take a microbiology class at a local community college

Any thoughts on if the A&P 1/2 is worth spending my summer doing or if i'm better off taking micro at a community college?

For the upcoming fall I am taking biochem and
Microbiology or genetics--> both have a lab offered at the same time so I am only able to take 1 course.

Pathophysiology

How does this sound? if anyone has any recommendations I would appreciate it.

I have taken these classes. How closely does a&p for nursing correlate with the pre med version? Have you looked at the syllabus for each class?

It can't hurt to take any of those courses. As long as tuition money isn't an issue, take the a and p courses.

I second Genetics. I thought Animal Physiology was also helpful for the MCAT.
