Hey guys! I'm having a hard time decide where to choose. I've cut all of my options down to these two. I'd love anyone's insight or opinions on either school. They will both cost about the same for me (as I got a scholarship to Drexel). Here are my pros and cons for each school.

CHATHAM:
- Local (I'm from the Pittsburgh area so finding a place to live near the school will be easy)
- It finishes in 2.5 years
- My family wants me to stay in Pittsburgh

DREXEL:
- I like their program better (more research, abroad opportunities, experiential learning, etc.)
- I loved the staff at the interview
- I'd be living in a brand new city for me

PLEASE offer any insight you can. Thank you so much.

1 - who cares if its a half a year shorter? Enjoy the ride.

2 - your family may want you near home, but where do YOU want to be?

3 - if you felt like drexel is a much better fit and you have offers at both, doesnt seem like a tough question to figure out.

Good luck!

I’m in the same boat! I’ve been trying to decide between Drexel and Delaware, but I keep going back to Drexel. I remember feeling so enthused about the program after the interview day and I haven’t really felt that much excitement since (it was also my first interview so that may have played into it lol) but I’m leaning towards Drexel for many of the same reason you are, it seems to have a lot of different opportunities within the program itself to explore research, a clinical abroad and community service. Really haven’t found anything “wrong” with it...

Hey! I don't know much about Chatham, but I LOVED Drexel and I understand the energy that everyone else is talking about from their Interview Day. I know your family wants you to stay in Pittsburgh, but ultimately, you're the one going to school, not your family. After your three years, you can always go and work in Pittsburgh. You can choose your clinicals close to home. Make sure you enjoy the program you're in! The people (students and faculty) do make a difference! From your pros and cons, you seem more excited about Drexel.

Just out of curiosity were you able to make a decision between the two yet? Just wondering because so far I’m going with Drexel University myself :joyful:
