my friend is a surgeon ,last year he suffered a MI and had a stent ,my question:does he have to change work as a surgeon as much as his life style.[he is hypertinsive,😕

Your friend had an MI, and your post apparently had a stroke. Unlucky.
 
I think this is a question that can only be answered by your "friend" and his cardiologist...
