I need to know how to cite the Drug Information Handbook, she gave us a certain style to used that is based off the U.S. National Libarary of Medicine and also used in Index Medicus. Its vague though. For authors do I put the editors and if so which one or do I go straight to the book title.

Oh yea and does anyone know how to cite MICROMEDEX I saw a citing page that said you just cite that database is that correct??

There are several websites that explain how if you google the question and the database/book. 🙂

For an electronic database, follow their instructions on their citing page.

For other publications, I take into consideration which style I am using for my article then consult my old Holt Handbook from English 101.

You need to find a citation reference, plain and simple. If this were my assignment, I'd start of by Googling "U.S. National Library of Medicine citation style" and seeing if I came up with any hits. When you do that the second hit is a 116 page .pdf by the NLM explaining their citation style for various scenarios.
