So I submitted my application for some of the schools in my list (and don't have a questions section) so now I obviously cant make edits. For one of the clubs I am a member for I wrote a description describing the different community service/volunteering events I've done with my org because I have done a lot of different things and I thought those were more important than saying ive gone to meetings and fundraisers. I reported the hours I got including meetings and fundraisers though, and my friend questioned me asking saying that is misleading and now I am FREAKING OUT!!! Do you think what I did was bad/going to ruin my chances of getting in?! I didn't even think about it that way, I thought what I had was fine because the admissions would rather hear about how I gave back to the community instead of how i ate ice cream....please let me know what you guys think :scared:😢

Lol don't worry! Whatever time you gave to that organization regardless of what you did is valid to note down. Sometimes due to the character limit you can't even include everything you did. If you get an interview, they sometimes ask about your activities in depth and you can elaborate about the meetings and fundraisers along with the community service

R-E-L-A-X

You are fine, just explain in depth your role when you get to the interview.
