help in prepration for USMLE

hello..am.a non american medical student i want some help in my prepration for USMLE step 1 from the start i just end my 4th year(my school it 6 years)mean i just end my basic science years and in jule i will start the clinical yrs(which r 2).so i need ur help so much..
-how much hrs should i spend for study per week..
-which subject i should start with(or the order i should follow)?
-i have all kaplan books of 2012 and the videos of 2008 &2010.is that enough for study or there is something else i should read from.it??
-to be 100% prepare for the exam for how long should i prepare(dont warry just tell me,am putting like a yr and couple of months for it 🙂
