PharmD in USA or Medicine in Carribeans? Which one do you think is a better choice and if possible why?

Dude this is something you really need to decide. Besides why med or pharmacy. Shadow a doc and a pharmacist and see which career you would like better. This is something you will be doing for most of your life so it's something you need to decide.

Your question seems to imply that pharmacy in the US is easier to get into than med school in the US, but just as easy as med school in the caribbean making the two choices comparable. I'd say first decide if you want to do Pharmacy or Medicine. Then you can discuss where you should apply. Going to pharmacy school in the US if you don't like pharmacy is just as pointless as going to med school in the Caribbean if you don't like medicine.
