two options:
1.) take ALL prerequisites at the CC I'm at now, and then take one upper division bio class at the 4 year I'm transferring to. (I've taken gchem and bio) probably get a 4.0 sGPA at CC. Not able take a gap year with this plan.

2.) transfer sooner and take my ochem and physics and biochem prerequisites at the 4 year, but be unable to take any upper division biology. Probably get a 3.7 sgpa at the 4 year, and get to take a gap year.

Thoughts? I've been mulling this over for the last few months and keep going back and forth.
My app will have one major red flag on it already. What will look best to an adcom?

How are you predicting these GPAs? It's easy enough to say you'll get a 4.0, but actually doing it is much more difficult. And why couldn't you take upper division biology courses if you transferred sooner? I don't think upper division courses are all that important for admissions, but I'd recommend taking a few before matriculation so that you have at least a little bit of background in what's taught in the first few months of med school (biochem, anatomy, immunology, etc.) if you're able.

Because currently have a 4.0 after bio and genchem at CC and I have a really good work ethic.
The school I'm going to has ALL bio classes major restricted and if I transfer I won't have some of the classes done that you need to take those upper div (I'm a non science major.)

I would take the intro sequence at a CC. Then I would transfer. If you're in the predicament where you must take the upper level courses at the CC, then you need a competitive MCAT.

This kids is what we call "extrapolation." Don't do it.

Never assume you will just ace everything because you aced some lower level classes. In your situation I would go to the 4 year.
The trail to medicine is littered with people who extrapolated that they could get 35 on the MCAT and ended up with a 24.
