hello everybody!
i cant find anything good in internet about sinus augmentation, bone and soft tissue graft. i need step by step procedure. i am on advanced dental assistant program and i need it for my jurnal. i have an externship in periodontist`s office.. please help me to find it.. or maybe someone already have it?
