I would take out Harvard, Columbia, Penn (extremely expensive, unless you're going military, then keep them. But, if your ego insists you apply ivy league, keep Columbia). UConn is probably a stretch but you can try.
Take out Howard (mission driven for URMs. stats make it look like a backup, but it's not), LECOM, Nova, UNE, Roseman, MWU-IL.
Otherwise, narrow it down more by location

Yup. With public schools You can expect anywhere from 200k-350k in debt upon graduation? I believe with private schools they are all around 450-550k in debt upon graduation.

I would add Buffalo to the list. From all the places I received interviews, all were privates except two. So apply to all the public schools that you have a chance (including the ones where you can establish residency after a year, research which schools will give you this opportunity)
