I accidentally put down 300 hours as opposed to 500 hours for a service experience, is this something that warrants an email to the admissions office? I know it's annoying for them to have to update applications, but if it makes a big difference with hr/per week break down I do not want to miss out on that. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Your experience at those volunteer places matters more than the amount of hours. Be able to talk about it well, in a positive light and you'll be fine.

The difference between 300 and 500 hours is negligible in most eyes.
