Help needed for course work issue!

I just received back message says they do not submit my application because I messed up course work
I looked up on the instruction and it was quite confusing to me.
I got that if my school start on 2010 fall, I list for Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 for the school year. However I am not really getting winter term (trimester). If it starts on November and ends on February, do I list it as Winter 2010 or Winter 2011?

Winter 2011. I think all winter terms are considered as the next year.
