A GPA of 3.7 and MCAT 29 are the mean acceptee stats for uKansas. To be successful applying for early decision one's stats should more than exceed the average. Theoretically, her MCAT should compensate for the low GPA, but the low BCPM GPA might sink her. It might be a good idea for her to have a conversation with a dean of the school to be sure they think she has a chance before she puts all her eggs in one basket.
 
I don't know a thing about the EDP at Kansas, but..
Why not apply to a slew of schools that includes KU? With that app I think there would definitely be some good news...

ive heard that if you can get in early decision at a school, you could probably get in applying regularly. is this true?
