Help on the coursework section

I'm still confused about filling out the coursework. Please help!

1. I took some summer classes while in high school, and they appear on my university transcript. How do I list these courses on the application? Should I list them according to the summer and year I took those courses or group them together with my first quarter, along with other AP credit.

2. I asked somebody earlier about where I should list my dental radiography course. I wanted to list it under extracurricular. I contacted AADSAS and they told me to list it under courses and that I should aslo send in a transcript for that. It sounds a little weird. Should I do that?

If the AADSAS told you to do it, then do it. Why even ask about not following the directions given? I'm not trying to be rude, but why would you take the word of your competition (which is most of the people on here) over the word of the people who handle the application?
