Hi,
I'm a non native english speaker.
I wrote the essay and some editors edited as if I wrote it, preserving syntax or dialect that I used.
But some editors made it look like a native speaker wrote it.
Which one should I use?

IMO, go with the one that appears more native English AS LONG AS the ideas in the essay are all your own - it's fine if an editor re-worded grammar/idioms to make it sound more like normal American English - it's an entirely another one if they rewrote stuff and changed your ideas.
