good GPA, good TS scores and a valid reason for the RC being low. I don't have any brutal things to say, just explain this sort of stuff on your personal statement if you can and if you have good volunteering hours, shadowing etc that would set you at a good spot! you did well, bud. Just check if schools have RC cutoffs, if they don't you are fine
