What do people mean by "explain your situation to the ADA " if you need to take the DAT for the 4th time? For me the reason is that I really wanna be a dentist but keep messing up the test! Would this be explaining my situation (informally)?

Page 2, where it says eligibility requirement will show you what you need in order to take it the 4th time.
