Lots of research experience and, clinical/non-clinical volunteering hours.

What schools should I look at?

Top 20s + state schools + mid-tiers and you should be set, your GPA and ECs are good. Best of luck.

Thank you for your insight! This is a list that I came up with, does it seemed balanced? I'm worried about not putting in/putting in too many reaches.

*Edit: I have since found a GPA calculator for AMCAS that puts my cGPA at 3.77 and my sGPA at 3.76 (previously I had not been including grad school courses)

Yeah, it sounds balanced. Throw Harvard and Yale in there too, and good luck.

I would add more t20s. Brown takes a lot of their own. To me, this is shooting a bit low.

Agreed. OP, with your stats and ECs I think applying to places like NYMC and Drexel will be low yield for you. In addition to the top tier schools that are already on your list, I would add WashU, Mayo, Yale, Pitt and Vanderbilt

Thank you, that is very helpful!

You're golden, Aim High. Start list with Harvard, and work westword

One thing to note is that if that MCAT is after a retake then schools will look at it differently. That being said, I would still aim high but have some mid tier schools to cover your bases.
