Not enough information. Do you have research in radiology and/or pathology? Do you have connections? How are your letters? How are your grades? If you are worried then apply to every single radiology and pathology spot in the US minus the "top programs".

More information: No research. No connections. Have letters from a radiologist and a pathologist. Letters should be good not outstanding. Grades average (top half of class).

not going to be very competitive for ACGME radiology with those scores and the second attempt...
path you may be fine, but they tend to like research.
