I'm having 2 problems at hand right now. First of all, I sent my UOP supplemental right on November 1st, but the thing is, I just realized I forgot to add in my Course Planning for the 3rd biology class and UOP requires 3 bio classes, not 2 like other schools. So, does it mean my application is doomed to be incomplete or since it's just a Course Planning thing, which is subject to change, can I actually contact them in writing and add it in my Course Planning?
Secondly, I might soon be quitting my job at the pharmacy, and it's due to the Union's rule that everyone, except for courtesy clerk, has to work at least 24 hours/week. I've been working here for a while and even my pharmacy manager wasn't aware of this rule until the store director notified him. Being a full-time student, even 18 hours/week is already a lot for me. I already asked the Union people and they say there's no exception to that rule (really ridiculous, if you ask me, because being a part-timer, I get zero benefits, which I expect, but then I also have to fork out $200 initiation fee plus $10 weekly for Union fee and now thanks to them, I have to quit my job). Anyway, as far as I know, the schools only require updates on grades and not activities like work and such so do I need to let them know about this? I know this might look suspicious to them that I just turned in my application and right after that quit my job at the pharmacy(though I have a legitimate reason), but at the same time, I don't want to come off as being dishonest either. Should I contact all the schools and let them know?😕

Did you include the third bio class in the planned courses in PharmCAS? Perhaps it wont be a big deal if you accidentally left it out on the supp app.

It took UOP about a month and a half to mail me a sheet listing what courses they expect me to finish for pre-reqs. So if you don't contact them, they will certainly contact you around that time frame. They also told me in the letter to email or write any changes to the planned course load.

It sucks about how the union cant help. I totally feel you on how much the dues cost (and I only work once a week).

Well hope everything works out...=)
