Help! transcripts Qs: applying incoming year

Ｉjust finished DAT few days ago and plan to apply the incoming year. As a non-traditional applicant-to-be, I have few questions about transcripts prep:

1. My BS college is an international university. I do have my official BS transcript (translated) in a sealed envelope; however, it seems that it still need to be evaluated. Which evaluation service do ppl use mostly? Will the service accept an officially sealed transcript from me (It is hard to request a transcript to be sent to the service directly from my university since I have been graduated from there long time ago)?

2. I also have a Ph.D degree in biology from a US university. Will my Ph.D transcript be counted towards the application? If so, can I get a GPA matching form with the current cycle and let my university's register include it in the transcript sent to AADSAS for the incoming cycle? (I live far from my school now but will go back there in May, so just try to see if it is possible to finish the transcript request in May instead of June).

2. Yes your Ph.D transcript will most certainly be counted towards the application. You can contact your school and ask if you can email or fax them the transcript matching form.

Well I do not know how international transcripts work. But I'll tell you how American work..haha<br>
On AADSAS we input the course name, number, and grade EXACTLY EXACTLY how it is on our transcript and have the school send the transcript to AADSAS. Then AADSAS processes our transcript and calculates our GPA. I attended more than one undergrad, so I had transcripts sent from both schools. We don't use any evaluation service, AADSAS does everything for us. For security purposes, AADSAS only accepts transcripts mailed directly from the school.
