Overall is all your coursework Including CC classes. Prereqs are all the classes you need to start PT school, each school slightly varies (like bio, chem, stats, psych, physics)

Science GPA is different from prereq. It is litterally all the science based classes you have taken. PTCAS will calculate this GPA for you once you submit your application so you’ll be able to se it then but some schools will use their own calculation.

Early decision to any program that participates in it, is through PTCAS. It's the same as doing the normal application but you just have to submit it a lot earlier than the regular deadline. This 2018-2019 cycle, the PTCAS application opened up on July 1st and the early decision deadline was August 15th. So you have 1.5 months to get everything in. You only get to apply to 1 early decision program and the program has to give you their decision by sometime late September so you can apply to other programs if you do not get accepted there.
