I'm having trouble finding a solid pharm source for the wards. Certainly theres epocrates on my PDA, but I dont mean with regards to dosing - I mean with regards to clinical "tid bits" and the really important/really common side effects, not all 1000 of them.
For instance, ziprasadone (geodon) is one of the antipsychotics known for being weight neutral but one of the things to be aware of is QT prolongation. This is info that I seemed to pick up on the rotation but can't find (succinctly) in other pharm sources.
What are you guys using for pharm now? How do you manage figuring out the 2-3 really IMPT side effects from epocrates' list of every one ever recorded?
