Help w/ specialty choice

There are numerous legit reasons not to go into radiology.

Would you mind elaborating on the reasons? I have some in mind, but an attending perspective would be appreciated.

Pace of your normal workday is above average, you are a commodity, telerad and PE will likely continue to push down salaries as they gain more market share, you don't have much patient interaction (good or bad), your errors are glaringly obvious in retrospect.

Although the absolute worst thing about being a radiologist is that when you come on this forum you feel obligated to respond to poorly informed (although supremely confident) med students who think AI is on the very brink of completely destroying the field and making us all unemployed.
