Help Me with these question ........... part 2 students

Can any one explain me what is Shoeing? It is related to Onlay.

What is meaning of "use shim stock to check occlusion"😕

ASB

"shoeing" usually refers to reducing a cusp on a molar.

"shim stock" is a type of articulating paper...thin silver to check occlusion. It doesn't make any marks on the teeth. It just shows you that they're meeting (occluding)
