If positive for PSA or PSAP --> Prostatic ductal adenocarcinoma.

I thought the same but it made me doubtful turB which should stand for "bladder"... For Ductal prostatic adenok I'd expect a TURP. Is it wrong ?
 
I would get a p63 to rule out urothelial and get a PSA, p504s.

p63 should not be positive in prostate and PSA, p504s should be negative in urothelial.
