Help with admission chances / school list

Hi all, wondering about my overall chances for MD/PhD admissions, MD admissions, and also DO, and if I shouldn't even bother applying to MD/PhD or not.

Here are my stats:

undergrad:
cGPA 3.383
sGPA 3.206

Undergrad red flags:
2 withdrawals (calc 1 and orgo 2), 3 C's (chem 1, calc 1, and biochem), 2 C+'s (orgo 2 and physics 2), 1 Pass (school gave option to students to choose between letter grade or a P/F grade during spring 2020 b/c covid)

PostBacc:
GPA 3.685 (all graduate level science courses)

MCAT:
510

working clinical hours:
~1280

Research hours:
~4640 (full time for about 3 years in a lab at a T5 school)

1 poster presentation at said school
1 mid author pub (IF 10+)
1 first author pub (IF 14+)

I didn't take undergrad seriously and performed very poorly. Majored in biology. After undergrad I worked 4 years, one in the clinic and the other 3 research. Then decided to complete a postbacc to help with my bad GPA. Not sure if my undergrad GPA has me DOA though at most MD and MD/PhD programs.

The combination of lower than average GPA and MCAT scores are both going to hold you back from most MD/PhD programs. The post-bacc at 3.685 is just ok--in some ways it depends on the post-bacc since many post-bacc programs have inflated GPAs.

You might find success at lower tier MD or DO.

If you want to throw in some applications at those schools with MD/PhD or DO/PhD you might have a shot, though funding could be an issue.

An MCAT retake with a 516+ might help you crack into the low-mid MD/PhD programs with that postbacc GPA. That's always a gamble though.
