help with amcas

quick question: If i took organic chem origianlly with a 2 semester, 4 credit setup that had the lab as an integral part of the course (course is 4 cr4edits, lab required but 0 credits) and then i transfer to antoerh school to repeat is but that school has a set up where its 2 semesters at 3 hours each PLUS a 2 hour lab second semester, will the grades i get at the second school still replace the first even though the credit hours are different?

Nothing gets replaced, as far as your transcripts are of concern. But, why repeating something you've already taken?
