So, I am probably driving myself crazy waiting for my application to be verified.
I've paid/applied to 9 schools so far.
Stats: ~3.5-3.6 cGPA and sGPA (still waiting for the official numbers)
Mcat: 25 (8PS,10V,7B)- Taken before completing most of the prereqs because of timing.
Financially disadvantaged/prior military

Anyways, I am honestly not picky about where I go to school, I just want to be a doctor. I do have a family that will be coming with me, so I would prefer somewhere family friendly. There are no in-state schools where I live, but I have strong regional ties to a couple of states through living there/military transitions/etc.

I promised myself that I wouldn't be this stressed-out premed, but I just can't help it.

This is just the start. The stress gets worse filling out secondaries, then when you are waiting to hear back, then the interviews, and finally it is the worse waiting to hear back after interviews.

~ all until it caves in and you get that magical acceptance letter.

Many of us have either been there or are going through it.

Try to keep yourself occupied the best you can.

Why not add more schools? I started out with 9 schools as well but added 4 more since then.

I feel like I'm going to end up applying to every single school at the rate I'm going!

No, just add around 4 or 5 more schools. The worst case scenario is losing a hundred bucks
