Help with conversion (Methylprednisolone to Prednison)

I need some help with this conversion.

Patient is getting methylprednisolone 120mg iv daily and I want to switch the patient over to oral prednisone.

How much oral prednisone do you start off with.
I know that 5 to 4 conversion rule gives huge doses of prednisone.

What do you guys usually do?

yep 5 to 4 is what I usually do

So you would give the patient 150mg of prednisone daily???????

I've never seen a dose that high
