I'm trying to register for the DAT and I can't get past the "Eligibility ID". I've tried both my SSN and Dentpin and neither one is working. I took the DAT one time last July, so I'm obviously past the 90 days between tests. What should I do?

you need to reregister for the dat again.

Got to the ada website and go about it as if you're a 1st time test taker.

then you can set and appointment.

so you'll have login with your dentpin choose the schools to send report to and most important to them atleast PAY.

I'm already on the prometric website and have selected what test center I want, but it says my Eligibility ID is not recognizable.

Are you saying I have to register for a new Dentpin through ada?

hmmmm thats weird. i took the DAT last summer too and i read the website for registering for the DAT again and it said i should be using my old dentpin (ie--all dentpins from prior to 2009 dont count anymore or something) so basically wat i mean to say is, im using my old dentpin from last summer ....and thats what i used to register for my DAT again this summer (when i entered my dentpin all my old info--name birthdate address etc all poped up automatically bc it was on file i suppose). and it seems to have worked fine for me and i paid the $320 again to take the test.
so you should be able to use your old dentpin to take the test again this year, but ull obvi need to pay again which im assuming u did.
after u register youll get ur eligibility letter via email like the next day & then wait 24 hrs to schedule a date w/prometric.
if ure doing alll this and it still isnt workin err i dunno wat to tell u & u should call someone about it

Nevermind. I've been forgetting to apply through ADA and have been going directly through the prometric website. Hopefully that will be correct.
