sGPA post bacc only: 3.67
MCAT 1st: 503
MCAT 2nd: 508-- unbalanced

ECS: shadowing, clinical employment, research, non-clinical volunteering

You could also add DO schools in virginia if interested. With an MCAT of 508 you have a shot at low tier MD schools too
