Help with finalizing school list - 3.88cGPA, 3.84 sGPA, 515 MCAT

I posted here about a week ago and got around 40 suggestions for schools to apply to. I narrowed it down to 25 schools and would ideally like to apply to about 15-20. I feel like I might have too many reach schools and not enough target schools. Let me know if you have any suggestions!

1. cGPA and sGPA as calculated by AMCAS or AACOMAS
   1. 3.88 cGPA. 3.85 sGPA
2. MCAT score(s) and breakdown
   1. 515 (130, 128, 128, 129)
3. State of residence or country of citizenship (if non-US)
   1. Minnesota
4. Ethnicity and/or race
   1. White
5. Undergraduate institution or category
   1. University of Minnesota
6. Clinical experience (volunteer and non-volunteer)
   1. Children's Hospital Volunteer - 200 hours
   2. shadowing - 10 hours in primary care
   3. clinical research w/ patient interaction and all that jazz - 115 hours
7. Research experience and productivity
   1. Translational research lab at UMN focusing on graph-versus-host disease
      1. been here since fall of 2016
      2. full time position right now - will have 4300 hours by next July
   2. Have 1 mid-author publication right now, expecting more in the next year
8. Shadowing experience and specialties represented
   1. see above - both in pediatrics
9. Non-clinical volunteering
   1. philanthropy chair for my fraternity - 100 hours, $4k raised for sexual violence survivors organization at UMN
   2. Welcome Week Leader for UMN - 100 hours
   3. Greek Ambassador - 40 hours
   4. Elementary educator (taught Minneapolis kids science) - 40 hours
10. Other extracurricular activities (including athletics, military service, gap year activities, leadership, teaching, etc)
    1. Cofounded a student group focusing on peer mental health support
    2. Philanthropy chair, academic chair, and VP of Risk Management for my fraternity
    3. Physics Learning Assistant (basically a TA)
    4. Organic Chemistry Tutor
    5. Currently work as a bartender to supplement my income
11. Relevant honors or awards
    1. graduated with distinction
    2. deans list 6/8 semesters
    3. Student Achievement in Introductory Chemistry (highest grade in the gen chem class freshman year)
12. Anything else not listed you think might be important
    1. 4 letters
       1. one from my PI who is an MD
       2. two from science faculty
       3. one from my academic advisor
