Help with Goljan RR usmle step 1 vs. pathology

If I was going to get one of the RR books for step 1 which should I get and what are some of the differences between the different Goljan RR books? thanks

Big one. USMLE Step 1 is just a questions book. Has about 300 questions. Also a CD with about a 1000 questions.
Now, the path book is a study book. Kinda mirrors his audio lectures.

Thanks...I didnt know that the USMLE one was just a question book...I already have qbank and qbook so I will just get the Pathology book for right now and maybe if i have time I will get the USMLE book.

The USMLE book is good, but I would reccommend the Robbins Review of Path question book before the RR book. I think Goljan might say that as well.
