I have serious problem with hole punching...

People say that Kaplan Hole punching is much easier than the normal ones, but I cannot even finish the Kaplan hole punching ones.

Everything else, I feel liek I have it down, but the hole punching was just too mind blowing....

I am really freaking out.

Can some people tell me some useful tips on hole punching?

maybe tips analogous to line counting for TFE...

Thank you for reading and good luck too all!:luck:

Draw up a 16 space grid, then imagine the position on the grid the the holes wold appear when unfolded. Fill the spaces until, voila! you will be able to match it with one of the answer choices

I like to draw a 4x4 on the bottom right of the grid paper kap gives you to track the punches. I went from 11/15 on CDP to 15/15 by doing this, def try it!

Thanks for you input..

Could you please elaborate on your tips again, please?

I cannot understand what exactly to do by just text 🙁

Thank you!

I didnt really bother sectioning out a grid area, but I quickly looked to see how the paper was folded up. Then I dotted my dry erase paper where the hole punches were placed. Mentally unfold the punched paper one fold at a time and duplicate your holes over the axis of symmetry each fold makes on your dry erase paper..... it really helped me to keep track of all the holes, especially when its punched more than once. Actually doing this in practice I started seeing the hole patterns without unfolding step by step. Hope thats clear... its hard to describe in text.
