Help With Interfolio and AADSAS

Hey guys, so I got to the Evaluators section on the AADSAS, but quickly I became scared, because it asks for the Address, city and state of our evalutators. However, I used Interfolio for my professors. If I select "Paper" I have to put their address information, but if I select "electronic" Would that request another letter from them? What should I do? I havent received their LORs but I dont want to appear rude by requesting the letter from them again.
for those of you that have used Interfolio to submit your letters, how did you do it exactly? Did you have your evaluators upload their letters to AADSAS AND to Interfolio? anyways thanks guys

Choose paper and don't provide the email. After you enter the information, you should be able to download the matching form for that particular person. Upload the matching form to interfolio. Repeat for any others for whom you have a letter stored in interfolio. Finally, highlight all the documents and start the delivery.

I do not know my evaluator's address though, not even which city they live in. Am i in trouble?!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do I have my confidential documents uploaded to a web page?
Interfolio recently launched Web Delivery as an official delivery method. The next time you need to have documents uploaded to an online application web site, you can log in to your Interfolio account to initiate the process.

For your next Web Delivery, please follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Interfolio account and locate your document's unique email address.

From your Interfolio account, click on the Add Delivery tab. Locate the link that says "Click here to deliver confidential documents to a web page". This link is right underneath Step 1 on the Add Delivery page.

Step 2. Copy the unique document email address.

From the Web Delivery: How It Works page, locate the document that you want to have uploaded. Copy the unique document email address.

Step 3. Go to your online application and paste your document's unique email address into the appropriate field.

Log in to your online application and paste your document's unique email address into the field that asks for your evaluator's email address. Note: Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for each document.

Step 4. Monitor your email.

Interfolio will send you an email to inform you that you need to log in to Interfolio to complete your Web Delivery transaction.

Use the address of their institution not their residential address.

I put my evaluators email addresses into the correct spot on the application and it was my understanding that they would receive an email from ADEA AADSAS with directions on how to electronically submit their LOR for me. I submitted my application this morning and none of my evaluators have received an email about the LOR...do I have to do anything, am I on the right track?

If you select email delivery, the address and zip, etc are not required.

so you dont need a LOR matching form if you're doing this method?

I have added each of the letters to AADSAS, but when I click on the yellow "print LOE matching form" button it says that windows can't open this file. Does anyone have any ideas?

I tried opening it with Firefox and it worked. I guess it won't work with google chrome ....

I just got off the phone with someone from Interfolio and she said last year applicants could use the Unique Document Email Address and send their LORs via the internet. However, AADSAS did not like that method and told Interfolio that users should only submit LORs through 'paper' snaill mail. The lady said something about how doing it electronically from Interfolio didn't work well with AADSAS system, whatever that means. She said Interfolio is trying to work something out so applicants can send their LOR electronically, but she said its in AADSAS court.
