Help with International Emed Health Policy Topic

Have to write a concept paper on a topic in international emergency medicine. Was hoping some ppl more connected to Emed (I'm going into diff speciality) could give some ideas on topics that are relevant and also have alot of information out there. I searched ICEM and didn't find any great topics. Basically, its suppose to be some topic of health policy, general interest to public involving emergency medicine and relating to any country other than US. What are the big topics out there? Thanks
