hey guys,

i am having an interview this thursday for a pharm tech position at a hospital. I was wondering if there is anyone who is willing to take a look at my prepared speech to see if i have demonstrated well enough to get hired .
The reason is because i have no prior experience at the hospital. I realize that pharm tech at the hospital performs more lab stuff than at a retail.

how do i PMs u guys?

thanks

You may PM me if you like with your speech. Just click on my name and click on "send a private message." But I feel that for an interview, having a prepared speech is not the right way to go about it. It's better to prepare certain things to say, but since an interview is a 2 way conversation, it doesn't work well. Also, you don't want to sound like you rehearsed everything anyway.

I agree as that practice would lead to a risk of getting derailed as soon as the interviewer asks an atypical question.

It's better to list some key points you're sure that you'll make and practice conveying those points in different ways coupled with addressing atypical questions.
