Where did you apply in the previous cycle? Any interviews or wait list? In your school list the Texas schools and UMass accept few OOS applicants. The Florida schools, Illinois and SUNY Upstate are better but unless you received an interview at these schools previously they are unlikely if you are a reapplicant. I suggest these schools for your new application:
University of Maryland
George Washington
Georgetown
Boston University
Tufts
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Hofstra
Einstein
New York Medical
Albany
Penn State
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Wake Forest
EVMS
West Virginia
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Loyola
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
St. Louis
Creighton
Tulane
That is a lot of schools but as a reapplicant you need to apply to many.

Where all did you apply last cycle, any IIs?

A reapplicant with scores these high is going to be perceived by some as a riskier candidate. Being a reapplicant in Maryland which is as competitive as any state for MD admission doesnt help either and makes it imperative to have a good list of OOS schools.

You are likely a reapplicant at some of the schools you have listed but Ill ignore that for now.
Get rid of any school that doesnt take at least 20% OOS.
Consider deleting the schools that get >10k apps that arent in your relative vicinity(ie NYMC)
Remove any school with specific missions that you dont fit(ie USUHS, Howard UC Davis unless you have unique circumstances)

I had a handful of II's and waitlists and I've been working on my interviews. Should I keep these schools or does being a reapplicant make it worse?

Thanks, everyone!

Yes, reapply to the schools where you interviewed and were on the waitlist since obviously these schools were interested in you.
