Can someone please give me some advice on my LOR's?

I am looking to pre-address and pre-stamp all the envelopes for my evaluators but I am a little lost as to what I should use for the return address. I know that most of the schools insist on the LOR's coming directly from the evaluator and not the student. So, who's return address should I use. Should I even give the evaluators pre-addressed and pre-stamped envelopes? If anyone could let me know what they did or know that other people did, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

For my osteopathic evaluation, I printed out 4 envelopes with the physician's business address as the return address. Three of the envelopes went straight to schools, and the other went to an application service. I gave him the envelopes so all he'd have to do is stick the letter in and put it in the mailbox. For my professor's recommendation, I gave him an envelope with the chemistry department's address. I don't know whether or not he used it, but I don't think it mattered since it went to a letter service. Regardless, you could always call and ask what they prefer.

i concur with JohnDO, you should ask the people what they prefer. the bio. dept. at my school pays for the postage and packages for the students so i didn't bother to pre-address and pre-stamp. i just have to provide the addresses. for my DO LOR i asked him if i should make return labels for the envelopes and he told me that i could just use his clinic address stamp to label the envelopes. i just made me one labels for each school and also put this in addition to the schools' addresses...RE: Letter of Recommendation for YOUR NAME. the DO said that would be good to do and that's what he did as well. hope that helps and good luck littleg1225
