Hi guys,
I just wanted your inputs on the schools I should apply to... I want to keep the OOS list to ten. I'm a TX resident.

oGPA 3.6
sGPA 3.65

AA: 20; TS: 20; PAT: 22
RC: 21
OC: 21
BIO: 21
QA: 19
GC: 18

Shadowing Hours: ~100
Volunteering Hours: ~400

Baylor
San Antonio
UT Houston

Boston
Buffalo
Case Western
Maryland
NYU
Nova
Tufts
UofP
USC
Western

Do you guys think I have a fair chance of getting in? Assuming that I submit today.
Take out the ones in red. And yes, you have a fair chance of getting in.

I wouldn't do any of the cali schools. USC is your best chance if you're okay with PBL/pricetag. But you can do better then Pacific and Western if you're OOS.

My suggestions:

Midwestern AZ
Temple
Roseman
Louisville

Thank you! jw, how come you wouldn't recommend those cali schools? Because my chances are better at the schools you listed?

Yes. UOP doesn't take that many OOS. Western takes more but I still don't like the odds. Cali's pretty competitive too. The schools I listed take more OOS students so your chances are higher.
