Help with school list? 3.89 uGPA and 33S MCAT

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Stats:
Biology major at a competitive Ivy
uGPA: 3.89
sGPA: 3.91
(GPA is AMCAS-adjusted and after 3 years)

MCAT:
33S (12P/11V/10B) in March 2011
retaking in July

EC's:
Rather typical, but here's some major ones:
-Research (a ton, ~500 hours at my own school and ~200 hours another summer)
-Medical brigade trip for a week
-Shadowing
-Nursing Home volunteering
-Tutoring/mentoring disadvantaged kids as community service (VP)
-global health organization (Secretary)
-Study Group Leader for a class in the biology major (paid)
-health clinic volunteering (this summer)

I think I need some help with my school list. I'm a Florida resident, but I'd really like to stay in New York (or at least the northeast) for a variety of reasons.

School List:
Einstein
BU
Columbia
Drexel
George Washington
Georgetown
Harvard
Jefferson
USC
Mount Sinai
NYMC
NYU
Northwestern
Stanford
University of Miami
Tufts
UChicago
Univeristy of Florida
UPenn
Weill Cornell

Mostly, I think I'm worried about my low-ish MCAT and very typical EC's.

Thank you so much!
With a 3.89/33, I'd have suggested these:

Mayo, Case, UVirginia, Upennsylvania,
Emory, Dartmouth, NYU, Ohio State, UCSF,
UCF, USCal, Boston, Tufts, SLU, Einstein, Rochester,
UConn, Georgetown, Iowa, Maryland, UMinn, Stony Brook, Wake, Cincinnati, Penn State, UWisconsin,
Loyola, RFU, UKentucky, Creighton, Albany, SUNY Downstate, Hofstra (new), Jefferson, MCW, as well as appropriate state schools.

You might wait on adding the highly-selective schools on your list until you see how the second MCAT score comes out.
