Help with school list - 3.9x sGPA/cGPA and 52x MCAT

I'm a junior at a T20 undergrad, and I'm planning to apply this cycle (not taking a gap year). I have a cGPA and sGPA >3.95 and a fairly balanced 52x MCAT. I'm ORM and a PA resident. I have 500 hours of shadowing in a variety of fields, 1000 hours of research (no publications, 1 poster), ~100 hours of clinical volunteering, president of a medicine-oriented club on campus, and I work as a TA and tutor for a few STEM classes.

I'm looking for some feedback on my current school list, which I created after consulting MSAR and WedgeDawg's applicant rating system:

How much non-clinical volunteering do you have? Any service to people less fortunate than you? Looks like your clinical volunteering is slightly on the short side (< 150 hours), so I think a decent amount of non-clinical will help make up for that and make you more competitive for schools in the middle third of your list

You could remove Temple, Drexel, Alpert, Quinnipiac, Loyola, and Cooper if you want to save some money.

I have about 50 hours so far (hopefully more by the time I apply) and quite a few projected hours.

You could remove Temple, Drexel, Alpert, Quinnipiac, Loyola, and Cooper if you want to save some money.

Even though I would be in-state for Temple and Drexel?

Keep all your instate schools. Add Washington University.

If you'd be happy to go, then apply. I doubt it if you were to be accepted to T20s.
