I feel like you should honestly have some more top-tier schools on your list: Harvard, Johns Hopkins, Penn, University of Michigan, Vanderbilt, Mayo, etc...

Concur. You're a rock star. Suggest swapping out Hofstra for Tufts, especially if you're a NYer. Consider U Penn, Dartmouth, Sinai, Stanford, UT SW, Duke, Emory, and Baylor.

Apply to your state schools... And then apply to the top 15 schools on MSAR that have the highest mcat median.
