Help with School List/What are my chances

Hi all. I am a top 20 uni student applying this cycle. I am Texas Resident so applied to all the Texas schools. I applied to some OOS schools too and was wondering yall's thoughts. I have a 3.7 and 34 MCAT.

Duke
Dartmouth
Georgetown
SLU
Stanford
Tulane
Brown
Wash U

Are you URM or ORM? It seems like a lot of those might be reaches.

Those generally look like reaches - but being from Texas affords you the ability to do that

ORM. I only want to apply to schools OOS that I would realistically go to over a texas school. Any other suggested schools?

dartmouth, georgetown, tulane, brown seem like a waste of time to me (as in why would you go to one of those over a much cheaper texas school?). since u went to school in the midwest i would think uchicago, michigan, northwestern, and maybe even pittsburgh or vandy would be more appropriate reach choices for the geographic ties. btw unless the rest of your application is terrible or you show up to interviews inebriated i would think you are a lock to get into at least one of the texas schools.
