Hey everyone I' m posting for a friend because she doesn't have a sdn account, but can anyone critique this school list she has for her application? She's a Texas resident with a 3.5 GPA and 21 AA and Asian.

Basically she wants feedback on which OOS schools would be a waste of money to apply to and what it could be replace with. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
