What's up fam, here are my stats:
Colorado Resident
cGPA and sGPA: 3.3
MCAT: 496, 497, 506
Clinical experience: ~ 800 hours CNA, ~ 25 hours shadowing a surgeon and a very OMM heavy DO, 1000+ hours scribing for a hospitalist group (I'll keep scribing until at least this fall)
Volunteer: ~ 200 hours tutoring physiology and working with a group that does cool physics demonstrations for local elementary schools
Research: Nada, never interested in it
Other jobs: 4 other random non clinical jobs, I pretty much worked through college

I'm no expert on this by any means, but I think your list looks good. I would add ACOM, and NOVA into the mix as well. I know that UNE and WVSOM are pretty in state biased, but if you have the cash why not try!

I would get rid of some of the more established DO schools and add in more mid-tier and new DO schools.

What "mid tier" schools would you suggest?

I would suggest getting rid of TUCOM (too high stats) and Comp NW (regional bias) unless you have ties to the west coast. Maybe add LECOM. Overall I think you have a good list and will get some interviews.

I used to live in Washington and would love to practice in the PNW if that counts as strong ties. I guess I didn't really convey that in my app though. Hopefully I get asked about it in secondaries.

Paging @Goro, people on reddit recommended I do a post bacc with research credit and also said to consider OSU. I was not expecting to hear that, any input?

The people on Reddit are absolute *****s. Research credit? Only if you want to have a backup career if you can't get into a DO school. The OK school is a good addition to the list, though. Also add all three VCOMs and TUNCOM.
